Are you craving for some authentic Italian thin crust pizza? Pizzaria di Mozza in downtown Adana is the place to go to satisfy your cravings. I found this great little pizzeria, by chance, just walking and exploring around Ataturk Bulivari.
Their menu is not extensive, but it did offer a good variety of pizzas to choose from. In addition to pizza, they also serve pasta dishes, salads and some limited turkish dishes like kebaps and wraps. Some of their pizza choices are Margherita, Pesto chicken, pizza Alfredo, Garden veggie, Buffalo chicken, Route 66 (meat lovers dream!), and they even have Deniz Mahsulu pizza (Seafood). Needless to say, they have something for everyone!
We couldn’t decide on what pizza to order because everything on the menu looked so good, so we ended up ordering 3 pizzas, a salad to share, and soy sauce chicken noodles for our family of three (2 adults and 1 child). We had enough food to feed an army. However, we love leftovers and the pizza’s were even better the next day! I have to say, it was delicious and it was the best pizza I have eaten in Adana. Pizzaria di Mozza’s pizza is the closes to what you would find in the states–gourmet thin crust combination. Definitely a must-try if you like fancy pizza & you find yourself in the area.
Menu pricing was fairly reasonable. Pizza ranged from 18, 22, 25 TL to about the most expensive pizza 35 TL. Of course for 35 TL you will get salmon, black caviar & cherry tomatoes on your pizza.
The pizzeria is open for lunch, dinner and happy hour. There is indoor & outdoor seating available. Oh, how could you eat pizza without beer? They have beer, wine, soda, and even cay for your drinking pleasure.
